About the Project

Three-Story office building for Kennecott Land.  189,000 SF Core and shell with a post-tension parking structure.  Tenant finishes completed in the main lobby, 2nd floor lobby and the entire third floor.  Third floor consisted of large open cubicle areas with private meeting and communication pods.  Fourth floor terrace was also completed on the roof.

First LEED Platinum project in Utah.
